What to bring to On Point Performance
your own clean ‘sweat’ towel and filled water bottle.
wear comfortable clothing and enclosed gym shoes when training.
sanitise your hands on arrival and before commencing your training session.
stay at home if you are feeling unwell, or have any of the following symptoms; sore throat, fever, cough or shortness of breath.
Lockers are available for your personal belongings to be securely stored during your session.
